Winona-Ryder

Winona Ryder (born Winona Laura Hornowitz) was born in Winona Minnesota. Parents of Winona Ryder gave her the name of her hometown. Michel Horowitz' father was editor and author along with Cynthia Palmer and her mother. Ryder's parents also happen to be Jewish. Ryder believes herself to be Jewish. She has two younger half-siblings, Jubal and Sunyata. At the age of seven, Ryder was only seven her family moved from Mendocino County, California. Mendocino County California. Ryder began taking acting classes when Ryder was twelve years old, and was enrolled in classes at the American Conservatory Theatre.
