Anna Silk was born at St. Thomas University in Fredericton in New Brunswick, Canada. Anna Silk is the daughter of Peter Silk - an academic as well as Ilkay Silk, a gifted actress as well as a writer, director, and producer. Anna Silk's father was British, as is her mother was is a Turkish Cypriot English expat. She remembers watching her mother work at play rehearsals. As a child, she appeared in several commercials. Anna was transferred to Toronto in November 1999 to further her acting career. She eventually settled down in Los Angeles (California) over the following decade. Seth Cooperman met Anna at a Los Angeles actor's workshops in 2007 and the couple became engaged.
