  Jacques Bermon Webster II (born April 30, 1991) more popularly known as his stage name Travis Scott (formerly stylized as Travi$ Scott) is a popular American musician, rapper and songwriter. He is also a record producer. His stage name is the amalgamation of the name of his beloved uncle, and the initials Kid Cudi (whose real identity is Scott Mescudi), Scott signed his debut major-label contract in 2012, with Epic Records. He signed a recording contract with Epic Records and T.I. in April of 2013. He signed a joint-recording contract with Epic and T.I. Scott's debut album, Owl Pharaoh was self-released on his own in 2013. In 2013, Scott self-released the mixtape Owl Phaoh. A second mixtape, Days Before Rodeo was released in 2014. Rodeo (2015) was the debut studio album. The hit single "Antidote" was the album's lead track. The second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was a top one on the Billboard 200. The following year, Scott released a collaborative album featuring Quavo entitled Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho under the band name Huncho Jack.In 2018, his third studio album, Astroworld, was released to acclaim from critics and also produced the first Billboard Hot 100 number one single, "Sicko Mode" (featuring Drake). In late 2019, Scott's record label Cactus Jack Records released the compilation album JackBoys which debuted at the top of the Billboard 200. Following the release of his single "Franchise" (featuring Young Thug and M.I.A.) in 2020, Scott became the first artist on the Hot 100 to have three songs reach the top spot within less than a year.
