Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4 1979 is an American actress. She has appeared on the Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) as well as the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was the child of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian who is now a social worker, as well as JoAnn Cook, who is a cook instructor and weaver. She is of part-Italian descent.
