Rachael Cook
Rachael Cook, born on October 4 1979 is an American actress. She has appeared on the Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) as well as the TV series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart is her voice. Rachael Cook was the child of Thomas Howard Cook, an ex-stand-up comedian who is now a social worker, as well as JoAnn Cook, who is a cook instructor and weaver. She is of part-Italian descent. Cook appeared first in a commercial for foster care when she was seven years old. She began her career as an infant model when she was 10, and appeared in national commercials for Target as well as on Milk-Bone dog biscuit boxes. She attended Clara Barton Open School.
